Subscriptions

Some items in The LCM Shop may be offered as a subscription. When you subscribe, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

• Your payment method is stored securely.

• You’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

• Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term.

• You can cancel or change your subscription at any time.

Your order confirmation email includes a link to manage your subscription directly.

Pre‑Orders

Pre‑order items are products that are out of stock or not yet released. When you place a pre‑order:

• We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout.

• Your payment method may be stored for future fulfillment.

• The remaining balance will be charged once the item is ready to ship.

You may cancel a partially paid pre‑order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already shipped, you can request a full or partial refund according to our Returns Policy.

Try Before You Buy

For try‑before‑you‑buy items, we authorize your payment method before shipping your order. You’ll have a set period to decide whether you want to keep the item.

If you keep it past the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically. If you return it within the trial window, you will not be charged.
