Production Time

All items in our store are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. During peak seasons, production times may vary.


Shipping Time

Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

These are estimates provided by our fulfillment partners and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • carriers

  • customs processing

  • weather conditions

  • incorrect addresses

  • events outside our control

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.


Wrong or Incomplete Address

If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete:

  • Please contact us immediately

  • Orders already shipped cannot be rerouted

  • We cannot issue refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

If the order is returned to sender, we can reship it once you pay the reshipping fee.


Lost Package

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Please check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office

  • If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement at no cost

If the carrier marks the package as delivered, we cannot issue refunds.


Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damage

  • We will replace the item at no cost

No return shipping is required.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to:

  • customs fees

  • import taxes

  • handling charges

These fees are determined by your country and are not included in our prices. Customers are responsible for any applicable import fees.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on:

  • product type

  • fulfillment location

  • stock availability

You will receive tracking for each shipment.
